Testing PAL and NTSC before the final week

A reminder mostly aimed at myself: the effect that has been PAL-only for four months will not become portable through optimism. I am setting up both emulator profiles now and logging timing assumptions beside the routines.

Hardware tests come after the obvious fires are out.
