I know this one can turn religious. Machine is stable, voltages look good, no visible leakage, and the board has not been worked on.
My instinct is document, monitor, and leave it alone. Interested in calm arguments either way.

Condition-based maintenance here. I replace known-problem parts and anything measurably failing, not every capacitor because a calendar changed.
Same. Every soldering job introduces some risk, especially when the machine currently works.
