How are people mounting an SD2IEC without drilling the case? Photos described in words are welcome.

Small removable hook-and-loop strip under the desk edge. The device is reachable and nothing touches the computer case.
Mine sits in a 3D-printed stand beside the drive. Short serial cable made the biggest difference.
