For me it is Raid Over Moscow. I still enjoy the tension and the ridiculous variety, but explaining the controls to a new player feels like handing over a cockpit checklist.

The Hobbit. I adore the memories and the parser, but waiting for everybody else in the world to take a turn tests modern patience.
International Karate. Still excellent with friends; less excellent when everyone remembers the scoring differently.
